Any communication outside of business hours will generally be actioned the following business day. Occasionally unexpected staff shortages could result in delays in attending to communications received.

After hours mobile is carried by the designated on call doctor. They may be able to give general health advice. Formal telephone consultation carries a Private fee. Some doctors do not have access to practice medical records after hours and hence may not be able to provide specifics patient related health advice/formal consultation.
